Our Team

Kristin Helmus, P.T., DPT

Kristin has been with Select Medical since 2017 and a member of Physio since 2021. She has worked in the outpatient setting and specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation and return to work services. She also provides post-offer employment testing and functional capacity evaluations and is certified in the LSVT BIG program for Parkinson's disease. Kristin completed her undergraduate education and doctorate in physical therapy from Northern Illinois University. She and her husband have two young children and enjoy exploring local attractions and running.
