Our Team

Emily Katz Jaeger, P.T., DPT, COMT, OCS

Emily has been a member of Physio since 2015, with seven years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting for her entire career, spending four years at one of our clinics in San Diego, two years in Seattle and 1+ years in Atlanta. Originally from New Jersey, Emily completed her undergraduate and doctorate of physical therapy degrees from Ithaca College in New York. While she enjoys treating a variety of conditions, she specializes in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMJD). Additionally, she has certifications in manual therapy and fitting for Sole Supports orthotics and she is a board certified orthopedic specialist.

Rachel Malina, P.T., DPT, CMTPT, RY200

Rachel has been a member of Physio since 2015, with seven years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient, assisted living and home health settings. Rachel completed her undergraduate education at Georgia State University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Emory University with an orthopedic residency at Mercer University. She specializes in the treatment of all orthopedic conditions, specifically spine, post surgical and return to sport. Additionally, she has certifications in trigger point dry needling, mat Pilates, taping and is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor.

Juan Sebastian Gil, P.T., DPT, OCS

Sebastian has been a member of Physio since June 2022, with two years of prior clinical experience. He has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting and with various local soccer teams. Sebastian completed his undergraduate education at Boston University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University - Fort Lauderdale. He specializes in the treatment of knee, foot/ankle and running-related injuries. Additionally, he has certifications in strength and conditioning (NSCA), his FIFA medical diploma and is a board certified orthopedic specialist.
