Jacob has been member of Physio since 2019. He has worked in the outpatient setting since graduating from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a master's degree in occupational therapy in 2018. Jacob graduated from Berry College in Rome Georgia majoring in exercise science in 2016 and was a member of the golf team. Jacob specializes in treating upper extremity conditions including full rotator cuff repairs, tennis elbow, wrist and finger fractures and stroke rehabilitation. Jacob and his wife have two children and enjoying spending time with family and friends.

Kelly has been a team member since 2012, with 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked exclusively in the outpatient setting. Kelly specializes in treating patients who benefit from TMJ treatment, gait training, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. She also provides work conditioning programs and functional capacity evaluations to injured workers. Kelly completed her undergraduate education at the University of Georgia and doctorate of physical therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. She also has certification in dry needling. Kelly and her husband have three young children and enjoy hiking, taking trips to the beach and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

With more than 10 years of clinical experience in the outpatient and inpatient settings, Damhnait has been helping patients achieve their health and wellbeing goals at Select Physical Therapy since 2019. Damhnait specializes in treating patients who benefit from pelvic floor rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ treatment, orthopedic rehabilitation, gait and balance training. She is state certified in dry needling. Damhnait completed her undergraduate education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and doctorate of physical therapy from Northeastern University. She and her husband enjoy visiting state parks and National parks and agility training with their Australian Cattle dog, Nacho.
