Our Team

C'Asia Bermudez, P.T., DPT

C'Asia has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2020, with two years of clinical experience in the outpatient therapy setting. She also has experience in acute care and outpatient pediatric settings as part of her doctoral program. C'Asia completed her undergraduate education at Oakwood University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Andrews University. When C'Asia is not providing patient care, she enjoys watching movies, trying new recipes, and rooting for her favorite sports teams (Go Saints!)

Mackenzie Kulina, OTR/L

Mackenzie has been a member of Select Physical Therapy as an Occupational Therapist for almost a year. She has experience in outpatient and pediatric inpatient rehabilitation settings. Mackenzie specializes in upper extremity care involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. She is working towards becoming a certified hand therapist (CHT) through Select's mentorship program. Mackenzie completed her undergraduate degree from High Point University and her master's degree from Messiah University. When Mackenzie is not providing patient care, she enjoys being active outdoors in the company of her spouse and dog.

Emily Miller, Patient Service Specialist

Emily has been a member of Physio since 2021, with almost two years of clinical experience as a patient service specialist and therapy student. She has worked in customer service in outpatient, public and private settings. Emily completed her undergraduate education at Georgia College and State University and received a bachelor's of exercise science. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family.
