Our Team

Zach Lombardo , P.T., DPT, OCS

Zach has been a member of Physio since 2013, with 9 years of clinical experience. Zach has been center manager at Physio-Dunwoody since 2019. Zach completed his undergraduate education at University of Georgia and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Georgia State University. Zach also performed an orthopedics residency at Emory University in 2015. He specializes in the treatment of orthopedics, sports medicine and balance training. Additionally, he is certified in dry needling and is a board certified specialist in orthopedics.

Grace Kenney , P.T., DPT

Grace is a physical therapist with 3 years of clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Georgia and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Augusta University (formerly known as Medical College of Georgia). Grace is LSVT BIG certified and has a special interest in treatment of patients with neurological conditions and balance disorders, as well as geriatrics.

Dani Buchmueller, , PTA

Dani received her bachelor's degree in biology from Converse College in 2006, and completed her physical therapy assistant training at Chattahoochee Technical College in 2014. Dani is certified in LSVT BIG for Parkinson's disease, and has completed her orthopedic manual certification, crediting the foundation of her manual skills on prior work as a massage therapist. Dani has a soft spot for geriatrics, neuro and dementia populations having worked in skilled nursing with complex disease management for most of her career, but her background also includes aquatic therapy at our Lake Hearn location. Dani also serves as a WorkStrategies specialist providing preventative education and onsite employee care for workplace injuries with General Electric.

Mary Charlotte Leicht , P.T., DPT

Mary Charlotte has been practicing physical therapy over 2 years, primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She also has experience in acute care and pediatrics. Her education includes an exercise science degree from Georgia College & State University in 2016 and a doctorate in physical therapy from Augusta University (formerly known as Medical College of Georgia) in 2020. She is a certified strength & conditioning specialist. Mary Charlotte has advanced training in modern management of the older adult. Her clinical interests include fall prevention, orthopedic injuries, post-op rehabilitation and manual therapy.

Ashley Brunner , P.T., DPT

Ashley is an Atlanta native and went to the University of Georgia to receive her bachelor's degree in biology. Following graduation, she took a year off from school to coach high school cross-country and middle school lacrosse at Marist School in Atlanta before pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from physical therapy school in May 2022. When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys training for 10ks and half marathons, trying new coffee shops and baking fun desserts. Some of her hobbies include running, weight-lifting and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs every Saturday. She is also certified in providing pelvic health physical therapy services.

Adriana Gardner, MOT, OTR/L, COMT-UL

Adriana has been a member of Physio since 2018. She specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, including custom orthosis fabrication. Adriana received a master's degree of occupational therapy from Advent Health University. Additionally, she has a certification in orthopedic manual therapy and training in the kinesio taping method. She currently serves on the board of the Georgia hand and upper extremity special interest group (GHUESIG), and she has been published in several occupational therapy journals and magazines. Lastly, Adriana was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, and she is bilingual in English and Spanish.
